Lets see your tank setup for your reptiles
I understand using a tub to house snakes are a very easy and inexpensive means for living, but for me, owning only one ball, I like to create a realistic and comfortable environment for my ball. I would really like to see what some others on the forum are creating and coming up with for their snakes. Even if some of you guys have some pretty amazing setups as far as tubs, please post them as well. I feel this would be a good means of learning and great ideas for those who may have questions about setting up a terrarium or tub for their reptiles. I will post my setup later this evening when I return home from work. Hope to see some very nice and amazing setups.

This happens to be my baby boa's tank (I'm still in the process of completing all the decor for the balls' tank).

I pretty much made all the plants myself. I just went to Wal-Mart and Michael's Craft Store and bought fake plants and cut them and glued them the way I wanted them, and I used one of those Iguana vines and glued leaves on it and wrapped it around her water dish. I also re-painted her rock hide since it was the wrong color for her "environment". And I picked up some more fake plants and a nice orange fake flower for the rest of the background, I love how its all three dimensional and not just some glued on piece of paper with a picture on it. She loves it =).

Nothing wrong with tubs. They can still be decorated and are easy to look after.

@alexOATH - my bp's tank looks very much like your's for your boa! Very nice - and nice baby too! ;)
Go to the dollar store for plants! Very nice assortment and cheap cheap cheap! You may also find some polished stones and such that can look really good too...
I also like cypress mulch for substrate - it looks really natural and holds humidity a bit better than aspen. Just my thoughts....

Edit2: I like seeing these pictures! I agree that it's educational for us newbies and it also gives us lots of ideas for now and the future...

All mine are in tubs and nothing special set up wise so sadly I can not help you there, but I did want to say welcome to BP.net :gj:

Thank you man, its great be here. I will post some pics of Cincy and the tank when i get a good picture. This truly is an addiction, jesus needs to save me!
