    How often should you let fresh air onto the egg tub
    Daft question maybe but how often is recommended.weekly,fortnightly?

    no just a lid is all you need if you use the substratless method with the light diffuser

    I seal my tubs with press and seal, then I snap on the lids. I open them for a few seconds once a week to exchange the air.

    Thanks dave, I'm using the same method as you so once a week it is. Thanks guys....typical, you think you have every thing covered before the eggs drop and as soon as they do there's always something your unsure of. Thanks again

    If your using press n seal once a week is needed due to higher condensation. When using just the substratless no press n seal dont need to check on them till Day 40

    If you use press n' seal depending on how many eggs and egg box size I air them once a week. but the last 10 to 14 days before hatching I peel back a very small hole in one of the corners. This is when the eggs need the most oxygen.
