Given the extent sadly vet is the ONLY option, the animal will either need to be put down or treated, there is no other way around it.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what to say. I'll give my honest opinion though and if you can't get him medical attention in anyway, deceased is sometimes the better option.

See if you can't take him into a rescue or something. That's awful.

I'm glad you rescued him, but he will not be able to live long like this, euthanization would be the best choice if veterinary assistance is not an option.

A vet is most likely going to reccomend euthanizing it, with exposed bone of it's spine, I'm not sure anything could help. It would require surgery to repair all of that, extensive antibiotics, etc. I myself would euthanize it.

Oh my god.. That poor snake MUST see a vet. That is a very large area of exposed spine. You can not treat it yourself. Things like neosporin, bactracin, etc, are not supposed to be put on large open wounds. It also would need antibiotics. That wound will cause constant severe dehydration. It will cause the snake to not eat for a very long time. The truth is, the amount of pain and stress this is causing is not worth it. There is not even any guarantee that all that skin could ever grow back. IMO the best thing would be to put it down.
