a question on RI

I have a question on what to clean the tubs with while and after a snake has a RI? I have been cleaning it daily with a diluted bleach solution. I am wondering what is the best cleaner of the infected tubs? I am thinking ( so it could be way off) that if you have a snake that is cured from the RI then it would reinfect itself if left in the same tub. Sorry if I have made this question harder to understand than it really is.

Yes, it is important to keep enclosures of sick snakes clean, hides, water dishes, bedding, etc. I do not know the likelihood of reinfection for RI's specifically, but it is always a god idea.
I believe that a bleach solution is going to be fine. I will soak my tubs with all the hides, dishes and whatnot in a 5-10% solution for 15 minutes before vigorous rinsing until I think the bleach is completely gone. Then I will usually rinse several more times to make sure.

The main thing to worry about is the water bowl as that is the main source of transmitting an RI.

The bleach solution is fine, although I prefer chlorhexadine as it is safe to use around my animals.
