Genetic scenario

Doesn't have to do with balls, but my genetics odds are off anyway. I'll use balls to make it simpler.

Say I breed a mojave pastel to a pastel... what would I get??

Pastel, mojave, normal, and pastel mojaves... 25% odds of each. But in reality you could end up with all normals, all pastels, all mojaves, or all pastel mojaves... Or any combo of them.

Actually, you could get Normals, Pastels, Super Pastels, Mojaves, Pastel Mojaves and Super Pastel Mojaves.

Sorry about the odds part, but I am too busy to draw out the square right now.

you forgot super pastels, the pastave has a pastel gene as well as a mojave gene.

Both parents carry pastel gene... so it breaks down like this
12.5% super pastel
12.5% super pastel mojave
25% pastel
25% pastel mojave
12.5% mojave
12.5% norm

12.5% WT (Normal)
25% Het. Pastel, (Pastel)
12.5% Homozygous Pastel, (Super pastel)
12.5% Het. Mojave, (Mojave)
25% Het. Mojave, Het. Pastel, (Mojave pastel)
12.5% Het. Mojave, Homozygous Pastel, (Super pastel Mojave)

Yea I didn't even notice it said pastel mojave in the OP.
