    Incense bad for BPs?
I LOVE the smell of those incense sticks that make the room smell really good. i light them about every night for an hour or so, and i thought to myself, "is this bad for my BP?"

    so.. are they?

I love incense sticks too. :P
However, back at my old house, when I had my budgie in my bedroom, I always moved him into the next room with the door closed while burning incense. I left my rat's cage where it was right next to the window, which I kept wide open as well during burning.

I figure if it's not safe for birds and other small animals, the same would probably go for BPs and other reptiles. BPs can't cough, so I imagine it would be much more stressful on their respiratory system.

Insense is awesome and it smells nice as well. The down side is it is even terrible for humans to inhale so yes it is terrible for the snakes and other critters as well...

ANY kind of smoke is sure to be bad, not only for you, but animals as well.

Yeah... anything that burns and is inhaled is bad with prolonged exposure.

Better than the chemical air freshners though!
