IM tired of the Apple and Ipod

sorry, everytime i sync, an unknown proble uccurs, 130, somthing at first i could un-check voice memo then it would work but now nothing, im tired of everytime i get new music this happens, my next play will probely be a zune hd, i have an older 120gb zune, never a prolbem, when i try to get help from apple, i get a person that probely is from a country i have no clue were it is, im sorry to all you I lovers, but its not worth for my extesnive music collection, im always listening to new music, yep, not worth it

Just warning you, I've heard very few GOOD stories about Zunes. Most of the good stories come from people that recently bought them.

My best friend broke two ipods physically (her own fault, she stepped on them and dropped them) tried Zune, went through 3 internally (the hardware broke, not her fault) in two months and said screw this and got an ipod again.

Also Zunes are very prone to freezing screens. ;)

I don't have either atm, but I am not a big fan of the Zune. :rolleyes:

so, its they both have there faults, i dont get why mine does it, my gf syncs fine, i sync my whole fams, about 5 but mine always has problems.. im messing with it now and it keeps saying unkown problem.

I don't use Apple products but I have to ask you - Is your product under warrenty? It sounds like it is having some sort of problem. If the software is able to be updated, I would suggest trying that. If not.. try sending it in to be fixed.

Zune HD is top notch. The Zune Pass service can't be beat and the hardware is fantastic. I have a friend who had the original Zune for years without any issues and just recently upgraded to the HD after talking to me about mine. Can't say enough good things about it.

I assume you have tried restoring the iPod to its factory settings?

I have a Zune and I have never had a problem with it at all. Ipods are terrible trash. I have had so many friends Ipods give them such hard times just trying to do simple things.

Zune FTW, I have three in my house...only one HD though. I have two dead iPods though. Never returned, replaced or whatever any of my Zunes. Both our iPods died and one of our iPhones had to be replaced because of "hardware issues".

Eventually everyone will realize how much more trouble is involved when using ipods.
