Re: Question about airholes.
I usually make less holes, but bigger and more evenly spaced. I find it lowers humidity better that way.:)
Re: Question about airholes.
I use soldering Iron... You get nice not too big not too small even holes
Re: Question about airholes.
I also use a soldering iron to punch my holes. I normally use two rows of holes on the front and back face of the tub. On the first row, I space my holes 2 inches apart. On the second row, I also space the holes 2 inches apart but off-set them from the first row. it comes out looking like this and works for me...

Re: Question about airholes.
I would say those holes are too small to make a difference in terms of humidity an air flow.
If you have a metal screw driver, you can heat that up to punch holes also.

If you make bigger holes then you don't need to make AS many. Why do you need to use a fork?
Re: Question about airholes.
holes look to small for me. I use a cheap soldering iron gun from raido shack. cost me $7.99

thats all i got atm.
Re: Question about airholes.
I stopped putting holes in. I actually had to tape over the holes that I had made in my first rack because I found that the humidity wasnt enough. I find that the 1/8" spacing is more than enough for what I need.
