    I think he's normal???
I bought this guy as a normal, but to me, he has some interesting patterns. Is there a chance he may not be normal or is showing signs he may not be 100% normal? I'm not going to breed him so i could care less, but just curious what everyone thought. This is right after he shed. He actually still has a little piece stuck on his head and a stubborn eye cap I've been putting eye drops on.

Looks normal to me, but very pretty. For the stuck shed you could try soaking in warm water, and then try and wipe it off with a washcloth.

I was thinking of soaking him, but I think he is still getting used to me. I have only had him for about a month. He is eating great, but he is still pretty skittish so i've been avoiding soaking him. I was hoping maybe his next shed would clear it off. Is it bad to leave pieces of skin on them?

He is a nice looking normal :gj:.To answer your question, yes its bad to leave the eye caps on.It could get infected and cause him issues. You can take a wet paper towel and gently roll it from his nose over the eye until it comes off.DO NOT use tweezers to pull it off.

I'm only saying yes because of the eye cap. If left on for too long they could get infected, or possibly lose sight in that eye.

I took a Q-tip and soaked it with eye drops and the eye cap came right off! Thanks for all the advice.
