    Hognose update...
These are my Mexican hogs I got from Brad Chambers on November 24th 2009... They were about 6 grams or so when I got them... They came in eating like pigs and they have not stopped... Really awesome pair... They are growing so fast...

These are my Red Phase Westerns that I also got from Brad... I got this pair at the 09 Daytona show in August... They were also about 6 grams or so when I got them... This pair also started out great... They will eat any time food is offered and are growing fast... The male has already bred one of my other females and the female will be ready to breed by next season for sure...

Wow, those are really pretty! :) I might have to get me some morphs, now that I'm hooked on hoggies... LOL.

I never, in a million years, ever thought I would get into hogs... They are quickly turning out to be my favorite colubrid species... They are well worth getting into... Very active and full of what some would call, "personality"...

Not really, but they are what most call rear fanged.

If you are allergic to bee stings then you may not want to keep them. Other than that the bite is just like any other colubrid.
