Noblesville Show Pickups!!!
So I went there thinking I would just get a female Pastel that I needed to go with my male Cinny....HOWEVER, I also picked up this sweet little male Spider while I was there!
Here is the catch...they had a herp-vet there that was probing for free (nice guy, and nice that I FINALLY found a herp-vet around here)...so on my way out I had him double check the sexes.
Pastel is def. female....however he said the Spider is kind of in a gray area, and he couldn't be 100% sure since he is pretty small.
If it's a male, then I'll switch the Cinny and Spider in and out with the Pastel when I get around to breeding...if it's a female, then it'll be Cinnabees AND Pewters my first year....woohoo!
Male or Female, I'm happy with my purchases.
Female Pastel - 172g ( I am VERY happy with her nice BRIGHT yellows and DARK blacks) :

Ps. I really recommend checking out the show in Noblesville, IN if you are in this area...it had 3x the selection of the other Indy show has had lately....
Re: Noblesville Show Pickups!!!
Very nice lookin snakes! :) love the pattern on the pastel.
Re: Noblesville Show Pickups!!!
that spider has an awesome pattern. especially by his tail. are you going for bumblebee's?
Re: Noblesville Show Pickups!!!
Nice pickups, :gj:
Since the spider is only 105g I would try popping him - even I (who can't pop a baloon  ) can usually manage to pop the penes on the little hatchlings.
If you don't see anything you are still in a grey area - but if you see da penes then you know for sure.

Thanks, that and her color is what made her an easy choice. In person she is like taxi cab yellow and jet black... I love it!

His pattern is kind of reduced at the tail, and to me looks like a lightning bolt...I really like it too!
He is def. a male, so I will be putting him and my Cinny with the Pastel...if she takes from both males I will maybe hopefully see some Bumblebees AND Pewters in the same clutch, but the odds are kind of slim.

I have pops corns before, but haven't done too many balls, but he is def. male. Thanks again!

Re: Noblesville Show Pickups!!!
Nice pickups!! Did you name them yet?
The tail of the spider looks pretty skinny at the end. It could be a female!
