    Would totally make sense
So I like handling my snakes at night, they are more active, playful and yada yada. Well i have been noticing something funny with my collection. Of all the species that i have that are "mean/nippy" whatever you want to say it, i have 2 retics and an afrock. All 3 of which has never even so much as snapped at me, or hissed, or anything!!!!!

Well Kingspade, my normal BP has light me up the last 4 nights!!!!!

The moral of the story, i have 3 giants that arent mean at all, and a BP, the "tamest species ever" that is as mean as all hell, and gets handled the most!!!

    lol

BP's (like all other snake I'm sure) all have different temperaments.
I have 17 BP's that are very tame, have never stuck at me and just don't seem to fear me at all.
I have 1 BP, a black pastel female that is in a strike pose at all times.
Just yesterday she was inside her large reptilebasics hide so I decided it was a safe time to change her water. Its about 12inches from the entrance of her hide to the water bowl and I did not see her head near the entrance but just the same as soon as I touched her water bowl she came flying out of her hide and tagged my finger and scared the hell out of me.
Once I believed ball pythons could only feel fear and only stuck out of desperation, but that was before I met my black pastel. She always comes up with sneaky ways to attack me from hiding like the one listed above and shower me in BP kisses. There is no fear in her heart, only ANGER!

haha i totally understand that every snake has its own temperment and attitude, i just thought it was funny that my BP which are considered horribly tame lights me up. and my retic, burm and carpets, which are regarded as 95% nippy when they are young have never struck at me once!!! well one of my male jags did, but it was only during shed and he was striking at everything then lol
