Any comic-book stores near you? Depending on how many you have, you can take them all into the store, or take a few samples and a list of the rest if you have a lot...and have someone there check them out. You may want to make an appt to be sure someone knowledgeable is working...but any decent comic-book store will be able to help you out with that.

Go to your local book store they have pricing guides for this kind of stuff..

Some times the stores that sale that stuff will take advantage of you, to try and buy them off if you..

Get one of those books they call them "BECKITS" and get a price from a non-bias source.

My wife's co-worker has been collecting comic books since he was a young boy. His uncle told him to buy 2 of each. Then he could read one and put the other one away. Well, just last year he sold a few of his "put away" comic books. $1.2 million. He still has books that are worth a ton of money, but he's not sold them.

Be careful who you show these comic books to and watch for anyone wanting to give you a great deal on the books.

These things can be worth a lot of money. Find someone with knowledge to help you. An auctioneer may be the best. They make the most money when your items sell for more.

    Good Luck!

I would check ebay for a ballpark esimate of what you are looking to sell. Not saying that these prices are in stone, but it will give you an idea if they are worth something, and how common they are.
