Late Update on "Juno" -Warning Graphic Images of Fetus
Hey guys, I posted a while back about a small female I received that had been knocked up somewhere down the line of the many exchanging hands of breeders. She was only about 800 grams at the time and to my surprise laid two eggs out of no where when I was checking on her. Anywho; I am very late on the update because I am lazy about uploading pics etc..two eggs-one made it the other died I am guessing around three weeks into it (lacked color, but had developed pattern). The one that made it turned out to be a male and normal patterned-no resemblance to the mother. The one that died however, did have very nice patterning like her mom..nice floating circles, very high blushing, very interesting patterning-bummer failed. At least the mom is alive and well and smacking down food; and the male that made it is relishing small hopper mice. Thanks for looking, and to all that wished the eggs luck in the first post

One that didn't make it/cool pattern complete with some cat hair that somehow got in the picture.

Thats really cool that one baby made it. Its sad about the other one but at least someone who knew what to do when the eggs came got the snake. It would have been even more sad if that female had gone to someone who knew nothing at all and both eggs were lost.

If I am not mistaken, it looks like mom's pattern is genetic?

That is what I am hoping :D:D Now I have to figure out what to pair her up with in a "planned" pregnancy. The son that made it had several floating circles and nice blushing (can't really see in the pic because he was balled up and fresh out of the egg), but I still consider it a normal. I don't know if I want to try her out with her son; or go with an interesting mix with a morph. Thanks for looking.

I was referring to the son, but to the speckling inside of her alien heads. i have a female with that exact patterning but she has not bred yet.
Unless it was just an off pic of the male it looks like he has that same granite peppering in his alien heads?

Yeah, its nice. I just can't really say for sure if it is genetic or whatnot, I really do hope so;- I don't know the father of the offspring. But from what I have, it looks really good and it seems I have some dinkering around to do. Thanks for your input and viewpoints on the traits Bruce, it coincides with my thoughts on the matter.

Post some pics of him later, as as far as the dad, not sure he is relevant to the equation. :)
Pretty sure that snake is a granite myself.
