    Grand Re-Opening
Jim (j_h_smith) was generous enough to upgrade his subscription level to save the Football forum...and Jerhart was gracious enough to turn it over to him. So here it is...back again!

I was able to change the forum name pretty easily, but as I mentioned to Jim, the graphic in the corner will take me a few days to get to...but that will be changed to reflect the new owner as soon as I can get to it.

Thanks to both Jim and Jerhart for providing us with such a fun forum! :salute:

    Always a pleasure.

    Let's jump right into it.

What team do you think had the best draft and why?

Since I'm from the AFC North, I'll take on that division. The Ravens did a great job with the draft, but I think the Bengals addressed more of their needs in the draft. However, I think that the Ravens have made the biggest move (with all new players) than anyone in the AFC North.

I have to agree with the Ravens considering they did not have a 1st rnd pick...they picked up a couple players I was hoping we would snag...

...for the sake of being different, I will say that Seattle had a great draft. Pete Carrol really addressed some needs (other than QB) and he got the 'value' for his picks...I wouldn't call any of their picks a reach...

Glad to see the football forum is still alive. I think Seattle had the best draft, now riskiest pick Broncos going with Tebow at 25. My Fin's did alright all defense after upgrading the whole offense with the Marshal plan baby!!!

I do believe Seattle had a good draft, but I don't think they turned the corner. Another good draft and everyone stays healthy and I think they will contend in another 2-3 years. The Broncos had one of the worst drafts in my opinion, with the move up to get Tebow. I don't have any faith in the coaching staff and the front office seems to have given them the reins to do with the team they see fit. Miami did well. I like their direction. They certainly didn't hurt their cause. The entire league seemed to move forward, but I wonder if there will be a 2011-2012 season. That's what concerns me the most.

I have absolutely no problem with their draft picks and coaching staff...as far as I see it, they should stick around. ;)

    Dump Cutler.......Check
    Dump Marshall....Check
    Dump Scheffler...Check

New coach getting rid of your best players within a year and drafting Tebow.....yup....Priceless
