I always find that having a nice hard workout makes me feel better when life is getting to me. Even if you don't have a workout planned on todays schedule, go ahead and fit one in. It will make you feel accomplished and also relienve some stress. Or go for a long walk and just clear your head for awhile. Also, funny movies are a great way to just relax. In the most difficult times in my life I always enjoyed just sitting around the house and having a day to just watch some funny comedies. Adam Sandler can fix a broken leg I swear :rofl:
Thanks guys .. you all make me feel better. Life in general if going good, but .. uhg. I am meeting a special someone in 10 days ... and this is when everything goes wrong with me. It's like .. why? I have time to fix it, and be ready .. it just adds stress.
Then I get to work an get hounded by people about my weight loss rate, and how it's not healthy blah blah blah. Long story short, I decided they are either motivated by jealousy or true concern, which is fine I guess but I offered them to follow me around for a week and watch me eat and exercise and then it changed from "we are concered you are losing too fast" to "we believe you that you are doing it right!".
