    Heat Conduction
    Hey all!

I'm building a custom cage (theres a worklog of sorts in the DIY section) and I was wondering if anybody knew about how conductive tile is in regards to heat.

I planned on securing a UTH to the bottom of a tile and I'm worried that it won't conduct enough heat to get through 1.5" - 2.5" of aspen bedding.

Also, what would work better? Making a UTH from flexwatt or just buying a 8"x12" UTH from somewhere like petsmart?
