Sinatra & Marge-Leucy & Butter

Marge just shed so I had to get Some pictures tonight. Its been about 6 months since I have taken any pictures of these 2. Marge is the Butter and Sinatra (ol blue eyes himself) is the leucistic. To Matt & Eddie.. Heres your babies!!

beautiful leucy! i want one so bad. what bedding do you use for her?? i hear printed newspaper can get on lighter colored snakes

You have to admit though, he is beginninf to put on a little thickness in the middle :) Ive been workin on him. Got him taking small rats now.

Sinatra is a male. I use aspen bedding. The larger cut kind so it doesnt get stuck in his mouth. I only use paper for babies now.

He is a combo of a lesser and a russo het. So he has 2 different genes in him. Super would be if he were the same 2 genes like lesser to lesser. There are so many leucistic producing snakes now that the term super kind of gets lost in it all lol.

I tried different backgrounds but nothing looked right. I must have erased a dozen pictures. I tried white, black, dark purple, flat black. All bad. Then i grabbed this micro fleece throw and he looked great on it so I stuck with that. The color is still not right. I didnt adjust the white balance or contrast on these pictures so they are a bit dull. Its very hard to capture how creamy yellow marge is. I need to get a video next time of marge on it though. I couldnt stop laughing at her. She was trying to crawl away. Her body was moving but she wasnt going anywhere! Its so soft she had no grip on it. I watched her do that for at least a minute slithering like mad but staying in the exact same spot. It was hillarious :rofl:
