    jekyll and hyde redtail
First things first Eden is 9mths the only time she would hisss at me is when she is in deep shed, after she kills her rat she'll coil over it hissss and strike and after she puts the rat down she is on defense. Now i moved from D.C to the ATL and she was cool for the first week the night before last i took her out for her daily handling and she was good at first tell i put her on my bed. Then the next thing you know im talkin to my lady not paying her no mind and she struck me  lol but she didnt draw any blood and now i cant pick her up at all so i went out got a hook cause it was cleaning day today and she is just crazy. When she hissses at me her mouth is open her body is shaken she aint playing any suggestions.

Something is ticking her off for sure. Double and triple check your setup. Is there any irritating vibrations or noise around her? Get a nice pair of gloves and reach in there and take her out is my suggestion. Let her strike and then see if she calms down once out.

Something is definitely stressing the snake out. I'd agree with Jimi about vibrations being a possible cause. Is the boa in a higher traffic area or in an area that gets light at odd hours or intervals?

When you set her on the bed, and paid her no mind, she probably felt a lot more vulnerable with so much open space around, as opposed to being held. And I find when I don't pay attention to my snakes while I have them out, that's when they surprise you. Some smell, vibration, movement etc. can set them on the defense. Always be aware of them. Also, if your handling her with fear now because of what happened, she will pick up on that and it will make her frightened if your not as confident. As Jimi said, double check your set up and make sure temps, humidity is good. And give her a little extra privacy, I cover my glass tanks with a scarf to make it dark so the snake feels more secure. Hope this helps.
