Hognose Humidity & Other Questions

If you've seen my pics on this site you've seen I have a small collection of snakes and am doing well with them. I am interested in getting into Hognose snakes, I think they are very cool. I am wondering what the proper humidity for them, what size tub would be appropriate and if newspaper/paper towel is a reasonable substrate?

I know they like to burrow, but I feel I may have trouble with temps in a tub when using UTH's or Flexwatt.

Would the shoe box 12 tub rack from Reptile basics have the correct size tubs or could you go smaller/larger?
