Hello. I'm Rehannon. :)

I don't yet own any reptiles, as I'm more of a mammal fanatic. I "specialize", you could call it, in hamsters. I know, kinda lame compared to a ball, but I can't help but love them. Right now I have two hamsters, going on... let's just call it more. ;)

I am planning on starting my reptlile collection with a Kenyan sand boa as soon as I can fine one. (Any suggestions?) This forum came highly suggested for information on just about any reptile by my best friend and roommate, Ashley (ajsnoopy). So far, I'm really enjoying browsing all of the information around here! I also greatly appreciate all of the news and opinions on current legislation, as many of these laws can hinder my rights to keep hamsters and other fuzzies too.

Like Ashley, I too live in Flagstaff and I am also studying Zoology. Since Ashley has a cornsnake and will be getting a ball python pretty soon, I consider myself as having these too by proxy. Eheheheh... But seriously I'm almost as much in love with Sabbath the corn as Ashley is and the day the ball comes home will be like Chrstmas!

Hamsters are very cute, but I wouldn't say they were "lame" compared to a Ball. As far as Sand Boas, please feel free to post a message in our General Boas forum. I'm sure many of our users would be happy to answer any questions that you may have about them.

Actually, I started a thread asking if anyone knew of any breeders of KSBs about a month ago, but no one replied. I know people on here have KSBs, so one can only assume that people just didn't want to reply. I had started to wonder that maybe I need to be "in" with the group before people will share information with me? :(

No, I really don't think that's it. Most of our regular posters will gladly share information. More than likely, people with KSBs probably just didn't see your posts. Try to bump your post during an active time and I'm sure you'll get a response. :)
