Nope, it should be fine. The most important thing about the incubator is your thermostat. A solid thermostat can make or break your success as well as make sure your temps won't get too hot. Are you using a foam cooler or insulated plastic type? I used a foam cooler last year and it was just fine.

I figured it wouldn't be a problem and yeah I'm using a plastic type cooler, also thanks for the quick response and the great advice :D :gj:

The helix grounded thermostat, I got it along with the heat tape from reptile basics

Same combo I use. Helix or Herpstat and you can't go wrong in my book.
