All mojaves & lessers as its a super, with two Alleles of the same gene.

Actually in this case its not a Super, it is a combo. They may be of the same allele but they are not a super. Super is used to designate a homozygous form of one gene. Since the Lesser and Mojave are distinctly different it is a combo.

You can't reproduce the BEL.... From a BEL x Normal.

Super is a made up term, not a genetic one, and this combo behaves typically homozygous. As you've already seen calling it a combo is why people fail to grasp that you will only get lesser and Mojave hatchlings

But if it a combo like you said, can't it reproduce itself? Like say, breeding a Pewter to a Normal?

If not then I am very confused. Is it a super or a combo?

It acts like a Super in the way it breeds, but is like a combo in the sense that you get 2 different genes out of the breeding to a normal.

So then it would be 50% Lesser and 50% Mojave? Confusing! :P

Learn something new everyday... Thanks. :)

Two phenotypes of the same gene
