Gotta Share my Excitement!

Well I think I have well documented my First BP's feeding oddities, and after a refusal last week...


SHE STRUCK AND FED FROM THE TONGS!! Not once but twice!!! :banana::banana::banana:

Ah you have no idea how proud it made me when she took it firmly and constricted it. Watching her muscle it down. It was like getting a pat on the back for giving good husbandry.

I am hesitant to even go downstairs now I don't wanna ruin things with a regurg.

But I am so psyched!!! Since she ate so well I am hoping to take her out for a ten minute handling session wednesday afternoon and snap a few higher quality pics. and next sunday maybe I should move up from hoppers to a small adult mouse.

Isn't it frustrating when they don't eat?... And so exciting when they finally do! Congratulations! I hope she continues to feed well. :)

I gotta say I didn't expect her to take it off the tongs, she never has. I nearly jumped when she did I never expected it! :D
