Strikeforce vs UFC

I'm sitting here watching Strikeforce on CBS, waiting for the Henderson fight. I adore Henderson, and hope that he has a good run with this organization.

However, I keep having this nagging "I wish they allowed elbows on the ground" feeling.

If I had to choose between the two, would I go with an organization that had Henderson, or an organization that had the ruleset I prefered? I'm glad both are available for viewing :D

i believe just the downward elbow, the point of the elbow-considered 12-6.
i might be wrong.
