    Feeding backwards.
K so I was always under the impression that all snakes eat from head to tail. But after feeding my BP today I sat and watched her eat a mouse tail first..... Whats the deal? Was I missinformed? She ate it and didn't seem to have a problem but why did she do it that way....

Normally they eat head first, but some will always eat backwards. It's no big deal :gj:

I always think it's really funny when a snake feeds tail first. The last thing you see going down is the startled face of a poor little feeder. :D

Like said above, it's no big deal. If they can't manage a bum-first meal, then they'll figure it out on their own and reposition.

Awesome, I cant remember where I read that snakes always eat head first. I read a ton of stuff before I got my ball but I was not to picky about what I read figuring as I learned what I needed to know I'd be able to tell what was reliable info and what wasn't and that in the mean time the more info I had the more prepared I'd be. LOL. Thanks for the info guys ! Everyones a huge help as always! :P
