any fans of Pink Floyd?

I know there's a few people on this forum. Roger Waters will be doing a tour where he will perform "The Wall" album completely!! he's coming to los angeles in november and dont know about anywhere else. tickets go on public sale may 10th. i never thought i'd get this opportunity!!

Yup, I'm a fan. David Gilmour was one of the most influential guitarists for me growing up. I learned a ton just listening to him.
I'm more of a Gilmour guy than a Waters guy, but that tour sounds cool.

Pink Floyd rocks if I'm in the right mood

Wow thats sound so cool. I got to see Pink Floyd at the Rose Bowl years ago with out Roger Waters.

David Gilmour=awesome. Simply put! I love the Floyd :D I wish I could have seen them live and in their prime...Nothing like putting DSotM or Division Bell on when ya want something good to listen to :gj:

I was fortunate enough to be stationed in Europe back in the late '80's and got to see Pink Floyd perform The Wall in Berlin as "the wall" was coming down. I never could have guessed that in one short year Russia would no longer be the enemy and I would make the first of 4 trips to the Middle East to fight the same people each time... :salute:

i am so in love with pink floyd's music, words can't even describe!

i saw roger waters do the "dark side of the moon" tour 2-3 years ago, (can't remember) and it was amazing.

i had been watching pink floyd DVD's since i was very, very young. and to get the opportunity to see the songs played live was just so mind-blowing!

jesus friggin christ....tix went on sale today for the staples center in LA and honda center for anaheim in my area. i called at 10 a.m. right when they went on sale and guess what, ALL the $125 tickets were SOLD OUT. i had no choice but to buy a floor ticket for myself for $250(yes i wanna see this once in a lifetime concert that badly) and unfortunately didnt have enough $$ to buy one for my dad for his b-day next month. but....there was such a high demand that they added a 2nd show for BOTH cities which means there's still hope for my dad which looks like we wont be going to the same show. but he's been a pink floyd fan since the 70's im sure he wont mind. anyone wanna go get your tix NOW!!
