    Question for the breeders?
My pied female has locked with a pewter, pied & het axanthic..het was simply to see if it was her or the male pied that didnt want to mate..put the het in as he doesnt mess around..it was the male!
If I am lucky enough & the pewter has done the biz I will be delighted & set for some codom pied pairings in the future..if the pied is the daddy, will get straight pieds..my question is, if it turns out that the het axanthic does the deed this will give possible double hets, all het for pied..I will be holding them all back..what would the best plan of action be regards proving the offspring out, breeding them back to pieds & axanthics will produce one or the other or breeding the siblings back to each other? opinions very much appreciated
