    I got a rack!!!
YAY!!! I found a rack on Craigslist for $75!!! Five slots, big enough for adults! They didn't need it anymore, they needed bigger tubs since they breed boas. He built it five years ago, and it's still pretty sturdy!

It came with the tubs, and since they housed Boas... I'm nervous. I'm going to clean them with a bleach solution, since I don't have any chlorahexadine. I think I'm going to go over them several times just to be safe too.

I'm so excited though! It fits perfectly in my closet, and it's going to be much more convenient than the set up that I have now. And all for $75!!! AND it was literally a block away from our apartment! I'm on cloud nine right now!

Camera batteries are dead :( I'm going to charge them overnight and hope that my camera won't suck them down in 2 secs.

Can I ask a dumb question?

Why was housiong boas a problem? Not a good idea to put boa's and balls in the same rack system?

IBD. It's a disease that boas can carry and be fine, but once it gets into pythons it can be fatal.

Ooooohh...I need to read up on that.

How far do you need to keep boa's away from pythons to make sure it doesn't pass. How likely is it that a boa is a carrier?

Wow congrats ...woooohoooooo!! Now does this give you some extra room for some new snakies??:D:D

The reason she is cleaning them so well is due to the fact Boa's can be carriers of IBD and never actually show any signs of the disease.

I do have more room! I'm hoping to spend some of my tax return on a female het pied this weekend at the show! Well... I'm not hoping to spend money... But if I find a good deal, I'm not passing it up!

I'm not sure if it's a distance thing, but I know quarantining for 3 months is a good time to make sure nothing like IBD pops up.

And this is a little water spill that he had. I probly won't be using the top shelf, so I don't care too much.

It came with all tubs, and 3 extra. All the heat mats work. He didn't have them connected to a thermostat, but I will be connecting them to thermostats.

I'll get more pictures once it's cleaned and set up!

Edit: Oh, and the dates are wrong. My camera is stupid and needs to be replaced! And yes, it's in my small kitchen for now... Ignore the mess, and the beer. Lol.
