5 lined skink S of Chicago???

I live 45 minutes S of chicago. My sister lives about 20 minutes further S of me. No where near the range of the 2 skinks native to southern IL. None the less, she sends me a picture via text tonight asking what kind of lizard this is. She saw a 5 lined skink in her yard. She lives on a river but still. That seem awfully north for these guys. It has only just warmed up into the 70's this last week. The picture is really crappy but as soon as photobucket is back up I will try to post it. I was shocked.
