    really badly dimpled eggs
    i have 2 eggs left from my 5 egg clutch very badly dimpled have tried the wet paper towl thing raised the humidity somewhat still look really bad white in color though with little windows just wondering how big the problem is:(:confused:

    How far along are they? You'll typically begin to observe some dimpling anywhere from 30 days on, but more often starting around day 45. If you're earlier than day 30, I'd recommend adding water (be careful not to add so much that it completely saturates it) to your substrate and keeping a close eye on the humidity.

    As posted above, the eggs soften and dimple during the last two weeks of incubation. This is completely normal, you dont want to try and add more water during these last couple of weeks to compensate for the dimpling. I will add water sometimes during the incubation but never during the last couple of weeks.

    If you are early on in incubation and the eggs are dimpling you need to get the humidity up somehow.
