    I have a new to me albino, 280 gr, hasnt eatn(for me) since the 18th of last month, EVERYBODY around it is eating:gj:, just not this one, anyway 280 gr,when do we sweat:(, are youngsters just a stubborn as older snakes?:snake:

    I'm not sure when the sweating should begin, but a 280g juvi should definitely be pounding the food! Too young and small to breed -- should be eating like crazy!

    Is there anything that you are doing differently with this one than the others? Have you tried smaller prey size?

    Really hard to say without more info (especially relative to the ones that are eating).

    Our snake is 244 grams (last weigh) and he is eating like crazy :) Every 5 days. He doesnt even let me get the f/t in the tub before he trys to strike

    Yours shouldnt be fasting

    hmm, it only strikes at offerd prey items ,live,small big,f/t???, I have a couple other similiar sized conveterd to f/t and this one dont eat/:rolleye2: this is why im asking???

    Give him some time. BPs don't pick up picky feeding habits with age. ;) However, younger ones shouldn't be fasting for any serious amount of time. If I were you I'd give your little guy another month or two (no handling, fill his enclosure to the top with crumpled newspaper for extra security) before looking into alternatives.
