Craigslist Sleeper?

So my original post got moved, but can't seem to find it......husbandry makes more sense just because I want all of your opinions on this snake and what it may be. The blushing is what makes it seem unique to me, you all obviously know better! so here is what the seller is saying:

Im pretty sure this ball python is a female, but not 100% sure. its probably about 6 months or so old. im asking $40 to adopt
