Hey, what kind of thermometer should I get to measure the temp on my UTH?

A digital thermometer with a probe. The accurite unit from the home depot, lowes, or walmart has an external probe as well as ambient temperature reader and hygrometer.

I looked around on Amazon, and this was the closest I could find to your description-

That is a meat thermometer. You want a weather station for measuring temperatures of air, not food.
