I would ask for a pic of the snake on a paper with the writing saying "yes i have this snake".My bet is you will not get a response ;).So flag that scammer everytime you see his ads :gj:

I would give a call and ask to go see it. don't be an idiot, but chances are it's not a scam, or if it is, it'll be easy to detect. at least that's how it's always been with me.

Why would somebody pull a scam, and only ask $20? They must be an under-achiever, LOL. Seriously though, I would go with that suggestion above, of asking for the picture with writing - or on today's newspaper. Neat looking snake, whoever it belongs to!

doesnt have to be a scam against the people trying to buy the snake but could be a way to annoy the person whose phone that is in the ad. if you list a snake for $20 your likely to get alot of calls, and if your not actually selling the snake and your getting 1,000 calls a day youd get a little mad.

I've seen that photo on Google quite a few times..

It's a Sumatran Short Tail python.

But I'm kind of suspicious. http://images.google.com/images?hl=e...=&oq=&gs_rfai=

    Hi,

That ad on RFUK is asking for a snake like that - not listing that snake for sale. So they found it on the net somewhere too.

The phone number traces back to midland TX according to google results - just down the road from Odessa I think.

The price is too good to be true.

    Overall I'd pass.
