Gorgeous! I love those colors!

Gorgeous candoia! I had a few for a couple years... It's so unusual to have a snake that prefers the slightly more cool temps.

Nice looking boa. Do you have a perch for it? IIRC, some eat reptiles. Does it eat rodents for you?

there is a perch in there for him, i'll be getting him a better one this weekend. I need to get it cut.
He is CB, and a GREAT feeder on rodents. Like the rest of my boas he has an insane feeding response that i wish would rub off on my BPs!

I love the Solomon isle boas. I thin the ground and tree boas are just stunning and I love the small size.

They are GREAT animals, its a shame they aren't more popular. They're interactive and active. I can't wait to get him in a display cage.

Their typically tough to keep as babies, they like to start on lizards and/or frogs after birth..There have been sucesses with them but if ya don't live in the extreme south where anoles roam it'd be tough..They are wicked cool looking snakes and no doubt if they were easier they'd have a big following for their looks..IMO..:salute:
