how often do you air egg tubs
My egg tubs are sealed with glade press & seal so it is air tight. How often would I air the eggs? Less at the beginning more at the end? How many days in-between?

I asked the same question and the uniform answer I got was once a week on clean up day. This is my first season so I hope you a great season yourself.

I open clutches that I am really looking forward to every few weeks just because I am impatient, but aside from that I don't generally open most of them until it is time to cut.

You can do once weekly but not needed till about day 45-50 where you really want weekly.

Substratless really never needs venting till last week of incubation.

For the first 30 days not necessary, but afterward do it at least once a week.

I do it daily, in the morning when I check on them. I just lift the glass top up a bit and swish some air into the styrofoam container. Probably not a must, but that is how I do it. If I miss a day, I do not worry about it.

I open them once a week for 5 to 10 seconds to exchange air. More often near hatching...maybe every couple days.
