a question about PRE-weiner baby rats...

Do they need access to water?

Usually babies around 2 and a half weeks will start chomping on some food and start drinking a little water as well.

I use 4" tall birthing tubs so they can all get to the food and water as soon as they are ready. They usually start around 15-16 days in my experience.
