Bubble eye.

I have a buddy with a boa that all of a sudden got a bubble eye. When I saw his snake it was doing some corkscrewing and stuff like that. Is this something that would cause his snake to corkscrew and all that? I'm just curious if anyone who has had any animal with a bubble eye has noticed these same symptoms?

I'm not even sure what a bubble eye is or what causes it. But If I find out anything I'll pass it on...
