I bring mine out everyday except the 48hours after they eat. We put them on a blanket and let them go. It is their exercise. Once they do their business...they get to go crazy around the house.

If they are eating then they are fine! If they stop eating, you may be holding them too much! A couple times a week for a half hour is good!

i handle mines for about half an hour each day...maybe a little more. except when he feeds.
normally he stays on me for about 25-30 minutes without any stress. then he starts to move around and go around the sofa (i'm usually watching tv or playing video games

my big girl likes to come out at night. ill see her in her tub and when i open it she just climbs up my arm and wraps around my neck while i do whatever. after about an hour ill put her back. sometimes she wants to stay out longer so ill keep her out. my lil guy is still settling in so i dont even go near the tub unless im checking temps and stuff or changing water. u just have to learn ur snake and what they like

lol we hold our snake for like 2-3 days a week. Because since hes a baby were feeding him every 5 days. So with the 48hr rest period after meals leaves 3 days to hold for around 15-20 mins tops

Yes, I noticed that short window of holding time too. Throw in the week or so of the pre-blue and then blue stage when ours doesn't even venture forth from his hide, and there's not much holding time left. That's why we hold ours whenever possible. Last night I sat quietly here at the computer and Patriot stayed quietly on my arm and lap for a full hour, hardly moving. I'm taking that as a sign that he's getting more comfortable with me. (We've had him for 7 months.)

    Good luck with yours. :)

Yea ours is about to shed. So... No holding him for a bit. I dont leaves ours out for that long. 20 mins tops. Just so we dont stress him out so much as hes only been in our care for like 2 weeks.

But it all depends how often u feed him.
