Flexwatt and electrical tape HELP asap
I just got home from work and then school to find my new reptile basics rack and my helix here . Can I use electrical tape to tape the probe to the flexwatt???????
Re: Flexwatt and electrical tape HELP asap
If it is heat resistant I would guess so. Using Aluminum Tape is the best choice.

Re: Flexwatt and electrical tape HELP asap
well stupid me didnt read the electrical tape I have here and it says it can withstand heat up to 176F so considering ill be setting it at 90 I think I should be good. lol IM so excited to have my new rack I didnt even think to read what it says on the roll lol
Re: Flexwatt and electrical tape HELP asap
Just keep a close eye on the electrical tape. Sometimes it can come loose and if it falls off the flexwatt it will turn up the heat in the tubs.
Re: Flexwatt and electrical tape HELP asap
wal mart has them for $7.
Re: Flexwatt and electrical tape HELP asap
Ok so I put the electrical tape on there last nite to get my temps right and on my way home work this evening Ill run to Lowes or walmart and grab the aluminum tape. Im like a kid lost in an amusement park when it comes to Lowes/Home depot lol and I always refuse to ask anyone for help. Ill find it lol
