I don't have any leucistic ball pythons personally, but I have not heard anything to suggest that they may be any less hardy by nature than a normal ball python. Enough have been produced now that people would start to notice that sort of thing, and vocalize about it. The only adverse affect that may be gene-linked I have heard about in leucistic ball pythons is bug-eyes occasionally occuring in blue-eyed leucistics. I haven't heard anything like that for black-eyed leucistic ball pythons.

Mine seem to do just fine. Both are good eaters and active.

all i heard was lucies (and albinos) have a short life expectancy in the wild because they are easily spotted by predators :D

My blue-eyed leucistic doesn't seem to be fragile at all. She is very active, eats like a pig and is growing quite well.
