Okay... this is not your regular bump. I took a snake to the vet that I purchased from this guy. It haparasites and an infection. When he sales his snakes, he state that you will get your money back if the snake has parasites. Now he is not answering his phone. The snake arrived very thin and long and he stated that it is not a reason for him to refund a sustomer. This is driving me crazy.

One of the reasons I would not by without examining the snake in person myself. Online pictures can be very deceiving as well. Just a little light adjustment can alter a snakes looks by allot.

If you paid by credit card I would dispute the charge. Document all your correspondes with him and check all the terms of the sale. I would also get a signed statement from a vet on his findings.

    Hi,

If the seller is refusing to respond to you over something that was covered in his terms of sale then I would do as kilabyte suggests and get all your evidence, vet reports and everything scanned into your comp and take it to the BOI.

Just make sure your info is right and that there is no misunderstanding taking place or likely to take place - writing it all down first and looking at it with dispasionate eyes to see if you have left anything out or unclear would be a very good idea.

Then, if everything is right post it up. Use spellcheck etc and try and keep your responses as professional and polite as you can.
