If there is a Petsmart or Petco, they will sell frozen/thawed. Not all of them will sell live as food. Or possibly if there are any family owned pet store businesses, you could check there. I'm sorry, I have never been to Florida, but hopefully that will help some.

Feel free to ask if you have any more questions.

I believe petsmart's company policy is that they will not sell live animals as feeders (apparently feeder goldfish, crickets, and other live animals that they sell as feeders don't count). Petco, at least around here, has no problem selling live feeders.

That is what our Petsmart's policy is too, but not all stores are the same, especially when your talking about Petco, each one of them are completely different.

I don't know why you would want to buy a feeder from Petsmart. At least here, mice are $6 a piece! I would go with a Petco. The mice are cheaper (around here they are less than $3) and they usually don't ask why you are buying them.

Here is what I found for you.

That is true, Petco's mice are way cheaper, unless you are looking for frozen/thawed, then they are about the same.

Depends where you go to, just north of you in Deerfield Beach on Hillsboro Blvd. is Ben Seigel's shop. It is 1 mile west of I-95. API has a show on March 20th in Ft. Lauderdale. And there are several "reptile" shops in Palm Beach Co. I raise my own ASF's, but sell to a couple of those shops, in my immediate area. Good luck, if you don't get up that far there are few south of you, just check phone book.
