    help, is this normal!?
so I finally got my ball to eat. After she was done I put her in her tank and she started to yawn, not just once but like 3 times.... so I figured she was having trouble realigning her jaw.... but then she started pressing her face against the wall like HARD she like pushed in one of her eyes for a second! Then started yawning again, then against the wall hard again.

any thing like this happen to you?

Mine do that all the time and I have had no issues, I dont know why they do it I just thought they where trying to get the bones in place. When I first saw them do the face pressing thing i was alittle concerned but they still do it and they are just fine.

she sat there for like 30 minutes with just the face in her mouth and I was like WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING!?

I wouldn't worry about it unless the snake was rubbing its face raw. Sounds like she was just trying to push things back in place.

I dont think it was too big, I went to the place I bought her and asked what they were feeding her and they gave me a pinky (or is it pup?) rat. I don't see a bulge in her belly so I wouldn't think it was.

Most snakes do the yawning thing after eating, and pushing their faces on things. Like Kaorte said, they are readjusting their jaws. No worries! :)
