oh really? oh i'm sorry.. hey so guys i have a turtle.. how do you clean the insides of your filter tubes? i mean, my turtle CRAPS so much and the flow of water gets blocked by all the CRAP building up over the months.. do you know of an easy way to clean it out? this is the Chelonia: turtles and tortoises section right?

Well soorrry... You really don't have to be so rude about it. :( I just meant this forum isn't really busy in these kind of sections.. Obviously. I didn't mean to offend..

    Hi,

Well yes this is the section where people with aquatic chelonia would post - but there aren't really all that many of them active on here. Even compared with the number of other chelonia keepers. So a two day wait for an answer isn't a personal affront that requires chastisement so much as an indication that nobody who knows the answer has visited the section.

Whereas in the fish keeping section virtually everyone will be using a filter of some description and will have ways of cleaning it.

Be that a chemical solution or a high pressure system or simply a physical solution forced down the tube.

But hey, feel free to take any advice or not.
