Pastel yellow belly x normal question
Ok since i am getting a pastel yellow belly male soon i was thinking about something. Is it possible to produce a pastel yellow belly if i bred him to a normal? I know i will get some pastels and yellow belly's but what are the chances of hitting both genes?
Re: Pastel yellow belly x normal question
I'm too lazy to do a Punnett Square, but IMO I don't think you'll be able to hit another Pastel Yellowbelly when breeding to a normal. But, the only way to hit another Pastel Yellowbelly or two is to.. Breed it with another Pastel YellowBelly:D

Heck doing the PYB X PYB i would more then likely hit the supers of both genes combined
Re: Pastel yellow belly x normal question
Plain pastel and plain yellow belly are statistically 50%. Pastel yellow belly is 25%.

Re: Pastel yellow belly x normal question
pastel YB x normal should yield:
25% pastel YB
25% pastel
25% YB
25% normal
