2 new pick ups tonight (duw)

I have working on trying to get an albino male from Kraig @ Living Canvas Exotics for almost two week we never could get or schedules to meet up. Well we finally meet up tonight and I picked up and Albino male and his half sister a 100% female. We are still trying to determine names for them so if you got an idea we would love to here it. So sorry for the size, I forgot to resize when I uploaded

The shape of the head of the albino is odd. I hope he is ok! Other than that, he is nice!

Nice looking snakes :gj:.Is the male deformed? His head looks weird :O

I havent really looked that close at the snakes head but when I was looking at it wasn't to me seriously deformed looking. I am gonna let him settle in a little but I will look a little closer at it, it might just be the angle or something? But either way as long as he appears "happy" has not trouble eating and grows up healthy. A slight head misshaping is fine. Wasnt really in my current breeding plans so he is more of a pet then a project.

You picked up a male albino, and a 100% het albino female, but you weren't planning on breeding? :confused:

lol that male needs to be called brainie act ( or however it spelled) form teen titans anime lol. I betting it just a larger fatty depoist or a well developed jaw muscles. heck given a couple weeks/month and it may not even be noticable possibly. but either way nice pickup and I hope they live long and healthy with you..

Lol, yeah, the albino has a fat head. But it may go away with time? Anyway he's very pretty. Congrats on the new additions!

I got the het female basically free with him, I took her becuase someday I may breed for some additional albinos but the intention was to get a male albino in my collection. I did a side by side comparison with 3 other babys in my colleciton all in the same age and weight group. His head is slightly wider then the others but very slight. He was born in 10/09 and still quite small but from comparison to the other babys I have, as long as he eats he should be fine and maybe like my son when he was born like most babies he will grow into his head LOL.

My wife just suggested we name the pair Pinky and the Brain.

Yeah i would keep a close eye on that head, it does look very odd and i would be worried about how it grows out in the future, plus a lot of birth defects are transferred to the babies. Other wise nice pickups and hopefully that albino will retain his color over time.
