    Not a newbie, but don't know much about breeding (ball pythons, that is :)). What does "starting to glow" mean?

    Shortly before a snake ovulates, she will "glow" or lighten in her coloring... sometimes it's really dramatic, to the point where it looks like a different snake. Congrats & good luck with the upcoming eggs, greghall! :gj:
