    Introducing...
    Morbo! He will DESTROY you!

By the time I'd looked around all of NARBC booths last weekend, every single ornate was sold out except for two at the lllreptile table, and I just couldn't leave without one of the last two left at the show. I'm not much of a fan of wholesalers, but I just couldn't pass this guy up. He's been a fantastic eater, and seems to have settled in very well.

    Enjoy.

That's what I love about C. ornata, the darker colors, the beautiful browns and rust orange/reds, they are just beautiful critters.

    C. Cranwelli look great too with some impressive greens, but ornates are just something else IMO.

What do you feed him? I was thinking about getting one but I read they arent supposed to eat rodents often, and cant be handled much if at all. I really like how the little guys look though, and have plenty of room for one.

What do you use for heating? UTH?

I feed him an insectivorous diet, mostly dubia roache nymphs since I have a colony of them. I dust with calcium (no D3) every feeding, and twice a month with D3, once a month with herpvite.

I heat with a UTH on the side of the tank.
